Rich has been employed as a producer and manager for Hickok & Boardman since 1986. Previously he was employed as a large account underwriter for AIG and prior to that he worked in staff underwriting positions for The Hartford Insurance Company in New Orleans, Bridgeport and Rochester. Rich is currently a Board Member for the Stowe Tennis Club. Previously he has served on the board of the Stowe Performing Arts, as Treasurer for the Vermont Lodging and Restaurant Association, as a State Board Member with Banknorth Vermont, as Trustee for the Stowe Education Fund, as Secretary for the Stowe Rotary Club, as Director for Copley Hospital Foundation, as Director for the Lamoille County United Way and as a Trustee for the Stowe Area Association. Rich is a 1981 graduate of the University of New Hampshire receiving a B.A in Economics and Business Administration.

Peter M. Haslam, Jr. joined Hickok and Boardman of Stowe, Inc. in March of 2011 as an Account Executive, responsible for the development of both Commercial and Personal Lines clients. Peter graduated from Champlain College with a major in Business Management.
