Account Service Manager
Licensed professionals assist the Client Advisor with the organization's insurance accounts, including assisting in obtaining the account, servicing existing accounts, and coordinating all paperwork necessary to support the accounts. We have Account Service Managers in both our business and personal accounts.
There are various positions in our accounting department that have duties varying from preparation of financial budgets for all offices to account receivable and account payable, licensing, payroll, benefit administration, report generation, and invoicing.
We have several positions that require professional performance for a wide range of administrative responsibilities including correspondence, ordering, filing, phones, and special projects. These positions require very good written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Our claims representatives provide superior customer service to clients in the processing and servicing of their insurance claims. Their responsibilities include handling the processing, follow-up, and servicing of claims to make sure each and every claim is handled timely, accurately, and to our customer's satisfaction. These positions require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an empathetic personality.
Client AdvisorOur licensed Client Advisors are responsible for handling both new and renewal accounts. They seek new business and provide services to maintain existing accounts. They provide account development to each client through evaluating existing coverages and current needs. Our goal is to maintain a high renewal rate by building strong relationships with our clients and offering a full line of insurance products and services at a competitive price.
These positions are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and administration of a complex Insurance Agency Management System and network software/hardware for all offices, advising and assisting end users with their systems questions, and identifying and correcting problems in vendor supplied packages.
