Scott is a graduate of Holy Cross College where he received a B.A. in Economics in 1982. Carla Boardman Smalling

She became a principal of the company in 1994 and was elected as Vice President in 1997. In 2006, she was elected to the Hickok & Boardman Board of Directors. In 2009, Carla was elected to serve on the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber Board.
Carla volunteers with CHAMP (Champlain Adaptive Mounted Program), a non-profit organization providing therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. She has resided in Essex Junction for the past twenty-nine years. She lives with her husband, Kent, and their two daughters.

Mary Ann is a current Board Member of CVAIP, and has previously served as CVAIP President, as well as VT State Council Director of IAIP.
